BERRY SMOOTHIE

I’ve been having this on repeat all summer. It tastes like vanilla berries, and features a secret ingredient you’d never know is there: cauliflower.

Packed with nutrients, antioxidants, protein, fat, and fiber, this is a great one to take on the go, as a snack, after a workout, or for your breakfast.

HOW TO MAKE:

  • 1 cup of organic frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 serving vanilla collagen (I love thrive market! use this link for a discount 🙂

  • 1.5-2 cups almond milk

blend everything together until desired consistency (add more/less liquid for thickness), pour, enjoy!
